Each piece form JillyMaya Handmade is crafted with care and deserves gentle handling to ensure its longevity.  To maintain the beauty of your handmade jewellery, please follow these guidelines:

• Avoid water exposure: Remove your jewellery before swimming or showering as moisture can weaken materials and cause tarnishing.

• Handle with care:  Prevent dropping or applying undue force to your jewellery to avoid damage.

• Minimize chemical contact:  Apply lotions, perfumes etc.  before wearing your jewellery. 

• Prevent tarnish:  Persperation and oils can cause metals to tarnish.  Gently wipe your jewellery with a soft slightly damp cloth to remove any residues as neeeded.

• ​The Becksy Bucket Hats:  Raffia is a natural fibre and should not be submerged in water.  Rather spot clean your hat with a soft damp cloth when needed.  If you find your hat has creases from being folded for some time, its best to wear it or pack it with clean paper until the creases disappear.

Place the entire package and items in an emvelope and return it to the provided address.  As we are a small artisanal business, please allow approximately 90 days for a refund after we have received the returned item.
